These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of callingministry.org (the “Website”), including its content, communications, donation features, and other services made available through the Website. The Website is operated by Calling Ministry, Inc. (“Calling Ministry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about Calling Ministry, its Christian mission, activities, events, resources, and opportunities to support its work. It may also allow visitors to contact us, subscribe to communications, request prayer or pastoral support, and make donations through third-party payment services.
Information on the Website is provided for general informational, educational, and spiritual purposes. Nothing on the Website creates an employment, agency, partnership, membership, fiduciary, professional-adviser, or other special legal relationship between you and Calling Ministry.
3. Spiritual support and professional-services disclaimer
Prayer, pastoral communication, testimonies, ministry resources, and other Website content provide spiritual or general informational support only. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental-health treatment, counseling by a licensed professional, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency assistance.
Calling Ministry does not diagnose or treat physical or mental-health conditions and does not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, medical, financial, legal, or personal outcome.
If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, at risk of self-harm or suicide, or in need of urgent safeguarding assistance, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your location immediately. Do not rely on the Website, its contact forms, email, or a prayer request for emergency help. Messages may not be monitored continuously or answered immediately.
4. Eligibility and use by minors
The Website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Minors must not make donations or submit sensitive personal information without appropriate parental or guardian authorization.
A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the Website is responsible for supervising that use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- use the Website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or harmful purposes;
- submit information that you know is false, misleading, or infringes another person’s rights;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship with an organization;
- submit another person’s confidential, sensitive, or personal information without appropriate authority;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, servers, networks, or data;
- introduce malware, malicious code, automated scraping tools, or other technology that could damage, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Website;
- circumvent security, access-control, consent, or usage restrictions; or
- copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Website content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
We may restrict or block access, remove submissions, or take other reasonable action where we believe these Terms, applicable law, security, or the rights of others have been violated.
6. Messages, prayer requests, testimonies, and other submissions
You remain responsible for information and material you send to us. Please provide only information that is relevant and that you are authorized and comfortable to share. Do not provide sensitive information about another person unless you have appropriate permission or another lawful basis to do so.
Submitting a message, prayer request, testimony, or other material gives Calling Ministry permission to receive, store, review, and use it as reasonably necessary to respond, provide the requested ministry support, administer our relationship with you, protect people and systems, and comply with law. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We will not publicly identify you or publish your private prayer request, testimony, or pastoral communication without separate permission, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law, is necessary to protect someone from serious harm, or is otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
We may decide whether and how to respond to a submission. Sending a message does not guarantee a response, a particular form of support, confidentiality equivalent to a legally privileged relationship, or any particular outcome.
7. Newsletter and other communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or other promotional communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. Service, donation, event, privacy, or other non-marketing communications may still be sent where reasonably necessary or legally permitted.
8. Donations
Donations support Calling Ministry’s charitable and ministry purposes. Unless a donation appeal expressly states that funds are legally restricted to a particular purpose, Calling Ministry may use donated funds where they are most needed to advance its charitable mission, subject to applicable law and any restriction that Calling Ministry has expressly accepted.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. Donations may be processed through Donorbox, PayPal, Zelle, financial institutions, and other payment providers. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy notices, technical requirements, fees, screening, and transaction limits. Calling Ministry does not receive or store full payment-card or bank-account details.
Donations are normally non-refundable. We may issue a refund where a payment was duplicated, processed in error, made without proper authorization, or where a refund is required by law. A refund request should be sent promptly to info@CallingMinistry.org and should include enough information to identify the transaction. Any approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method and may remain subject to the processor’s procedures and timescales.
Recurring donations continue according to the donor’s authorization until canceled. Cancellation stops future payments but does not ordinarily refund payments already processed. Donors should use the cancellation controls provided by the relevant payment service or contact us for assistance.
Calling Ministry’s U.S. federal tax-exempt status does not guarantee that every donation is deductible in every jurisdiction or in every circumstance. You are responsible for obtaining your own tax advice and retaining appropriate donation records.
9. Events
Event descriptions, dates, locations, speakers, schedules, capacity, and availability may change. We may postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel an event where reasonably necessary. Additional registration, attendance, refund, conduct, safeguarding, recording, or venue terms may apply to a particular event and will take precedence for that event if they conflict with these general Terms.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original text, graphics, photographs, recordings, videos, branding, logos, resources, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Calling Ministry and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access the Website and download or print reasonable extracts for your personal, noncommercial, church, or educational use, provided that you do not alter the material, remove attribution or notices, imply endorsement, or use the material in a misleading way. Any broader reproduction, adaptation, republication, sale, licensing, public distribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission unless applicable law permits it without permission.
Names, logos, trademarks, photographs, quotations, and other material belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and may be used only as permitted by those owners or by law.
11. Third-party websites and services
The Website may contain links to or embedded features from third parties, including donation and payment providers. A link or integration does not necessarily mean that Calling Ministry endorses or controls the third party. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. You should review the third party’s applicable terms before using its service.
12. Website availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website without notice where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the Website or any content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or free from errors or harmful components.
Although we take reasonable care, Website content may contain mistakes or become outdated. You should independently verify information before relying on it for an important decision.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. Calling Ministry disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability to the extent those warranties may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calling Ministry and its directors, officers, employees, and authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from or connected with use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Website or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits such an exclusion.
Different jurisdictions provide different mandatory rights. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted in the jurisdiction that applies to you.
15. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Our cookie notice and cookie settings explain the technologies used on the Website and allow visitors to manage consent where required.
16. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute or noncontractual obligation arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This provision does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or rights available under the law of the country or state in which the consumer habitually resides where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
17. Severability, waiver, and entire agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, cookie information, and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular service, donation appeal, resource, or event, constitute the agreement relating to your use of the Website.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Website, our practices, or applicable law changes. The revised Terms will be posted on the Website with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the date of publication unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Website after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
